Has anyone NOT gained weight on Zoloft?!

Question: I just started taking 25 mg of zoloft will be upping it to 50 soon. I am 27, with two small kids and my baby weight is finally coming off. I am not a big person and am scared to death of gaining weight from zoloft, as this is all I have read. I don't care if I don't lose anymore weight I just do not want to gain any.
I took effexor about 8 years ago and lost lots of weight on it, but the tapering off was terrible! I don't want to go through that again.
Has anyone at all NOT gained weight on zoloft??

Most weight gain from medications comes in two forms: that gained from binge eating due to a side effect of excessive hunger caused by the drug or simple water retention.

You can avoid both of these by maintaining a regular routine of light exercise ( yoga a few times a week and/or walking at a medium-to brisk pace 45 minutes a day, 4 times a week is ideal), drinking heaps of water (it'll help alleviate bloating from water retention and help keep you full) and simply keeping track of what you are eating if you have cravings. I get around the binge effect drinking a large glass of water before I eat and then by grazing, eating many small portioned healthy snacks throughout the day so I don't have the opportunity to get hungry.

My favourites are: a bowl of low fat yogurt with fruit salad; mashed banana lightly sprinkled with cinnamon on toasted soy-linseed bread (very filling and low GI, so you stay full for longer); bowls of salad with tuna, chicken or ham; and banana and honey smoothies.

I didn't, but I only took it for a week or so - it made me manic.
