it's not unusual for someone to be scared or have a phobia that may seem a little unreasonable to others. This could be a result of just growing up or something more serious like abandonment issues or paranoia. Ideally, you should discuss this with a counselor or psychologist/psychiatrist. That's the only way that you're going to get at the root of your fears. Until then, anything else you do is just like putting a bandaid on the wound. But that's always easier said than done.

Just try to relax you will be alright. I think that a lot of people worry about that at some time or another. Chances are, nothing bad will happen, so don't worry so much. Is there a phone right by you? If not, that might make you feel better. If your REALLY scared, then you can always invite someone to stay with you. Dont worry, you'll be ok. Just try not to worry about it. keep doors and windows locked at all times. Don't let anyone into your home that you don't know. you have a long time to figure out what to do.

This is a situation where you need a babysitter. Ask your parents to hire one.

If you start to feel nervous, get out of the house and go for a walk. Try walking to a library and staying there to read magazines for a bit. Maybe you should get an after school job.

well you cloud try a few things, you could listen do the radio then your mind will think your not alone or the tv that kinda works or you could go on msn or something so your talking to people.
i hope that helped and i hope you can get over this problem
