Fear of death?!
Question: from last few days i av suddenly started feeling that one day i will die and wont even know hows the life after death. i m fun loving kind of person but now i av become very serious always depressed. wat shud i do..i feel very scared tel me the way i can really get over vid it..

I think everybody does--everybody scares about death. When will it come? Nobody knows--it's a huge secret that people never know. All you have to do is trying to prepare the best. Do u want a car accident as the way u'll die? I'm sure u don't. Everybody wants rest in peace, it means no blood, no pain, and no accident.
So remebering that God can take your life anytime is one of the solution to prepare your death, and when it comes, u've ready and really rest in peace. By remembering death u'll be scared and it makes u always do something nice for people around you--cause when u're scared, u'll do nice things as a regret.
I suggest you not to be afraid and try to enjoy your life.
go and see your gp,he will help you/treatment is very easy,but do it soon as depression can lead to serioous problems
I use to feel like this. Get a closer relationship with God and this will go away. Trust me.
dont take this the wrong way, but maybe you should see a psychologist, he might help you get over stress and relax your mind :) good luck and so what everybody will die eventually, think of it as the part of the life. u are born and you die. try not to waste the time you have! :)
Pray About it....we'll all see Death some day.....but God doesn't want us to sat around and worry about it....

if you are old enough, or if you experience some difficultlies, your view to death will change.
you will think it's a natural matter, if the time come, people will accept it peacefully.
