Is yahoo answers a healthy addiction??!

Question: yes, it literally is a healthy addiciton. think of all the calories you burn as you type answers to question after question for hours on end. let's just call it the yahoo answers diet.

plus, being @ the comp keeps you away from the heavy stuff, like acid, cuz you're too busy answering questions to stop and drop.

probably not, but we do it anyway.

yes, because you're helping people, no, if it's interferring with your family responsibilities.

no.
you eventually become antisocial.

No.

i don't think its an unhealthy addiction. it shouldn't be the only help you're getting for a serious problem you're dealing with but its definitely good for some additional help.

Taken as far as an addiction, no. You find that you live to answer questions, to reach that next points level. This answer will get me to the next level by the way.

It does encourage thinking, and understanding of others problems. It usually has a detrimental impact on things you should do today, but that could be put off until tomorrow.

I believe that it is! Although Yahoo Answers is only opinion based, I find myself browsing questions most of the time, and answering the ones that I am most familiar with. Also I like helping people resolve issues.

yes it is!
addiction because we do it anyway and and healthy because it helps others as well as us.

no, not really. but it sure is entertaining.

Not necessarily. If you just make it a point to come every day, I see nothing wrong. But if you're on here for 10 hours a day, every day without fail then you might need some outside help. Or motivation to do something more productive.
