How do I stop sadistic women from making fun of me on the internet?!
Question: I have been harassed and stalked, defamed and libeled by this sadistic woman I have never met for over a year now on the internet. How can I stop her short of seeking legal aid? That seems to be my last resort, and, unfortunately I am not willing to take the time to do that, yet.

I would say ignore her. Its all you can do really.
Either entirely ignore her, or drop a bomb of legal action or counter-irritation. ;)

I would imagine that taking legal action is an option, but I would suggest you look at where she is doing this, if it is on a website then what about contacting the website provider, I am guessing that they have some sort of control responsibility over what is put on their sites.
Report her to the internet police. There must be someone who can do something?
change you name, change your e-mail address etc...
