Is there any help for a 16 year old w/ bad stuttering problem?!

She can see a speech therapist. It's the same thing as a speech pathologist; I'm not sure why they are called by two different names except that it's usually called speech pathology when the evaulation is done.
Also, there's a pretty good chance she will eventually get over it even if she doesn't get speech therapy. But, that could take a long time, so it's probably better if she can get therapy.
I'm not 100% sure about it, but she may have to see a doctor to get a referral to a speech therapist. I hope she has health insurance, though, maybe she has covered through her parents.

Oh, this is so sad. Please find a reputable speech pathologist and discuss the situation. The speech pathologist should also refer you to a mental health professional as she will need treatment for the depression.
