Question: I'm blue right now because I got dumped 2 weeks ago. So I work out (running, weight lifting) extra hard until exhausted. It's cathartic. I also force myself to hang out with friends even when I just want to crawl into a hole and hide. If it's persistent depression though, you should talk to a therapist or a doctor about it. Good luck!

Aerobic walking
I sit in my hot tub. The one thing that has always worked for me....watching cartoons. Laughing produces a chemical that makes you feel really good.
I watch movies.
A lot of movies.
i read novels, for me theres nothing like an escape into a good book/ novel.
Prayer, bible reading, chocolate, walking.
