I'm not eating anything...food/mood swings?!
Question: I haven't been eating more than a meal a day for the past few days, not because of anorexia, just because I'm feeling depressed and I never want to go out to get food because it's cold outside. But as a result, (or maybe not), I've noticed I've been feeling terrible, crying easily, and being really upset. Do you know which foods I could eat that could possibly regulate these moods or give me optimum nutrition?

Protein is a biggie! I understand just not wanting to bother with going out to eat, but food is essential. Eat at least some protein & some carbs daily.
Protein! Make a tuna salad or even eat a cheeseburger.
If you want to get crazy, head down to a health food store and pick up some Miso soup paste, mix it up and enjoy. Plus it prevents cancer.
I have to agree with the first 2 answers, protein. For a little mood elevator, try comfort food. This could be anything from ho-ho's to mom's homemade chicken soup. I can certainly understand not wanting to go out in the cold (being a floridian) but you really need to bundle up and go get some groceries!
