The high highs and the low lows may be masked by other events, symptoms, or actions. I believe that my xgf suffers from PB, as well as SAD. When the weather gets less than perfect so goes her attitude. She is euphoric when she is at live concerts or when she sees herself as excelling at work. When she was like that, I could do no wrong. A few weeks with out concerts or a few days without a job and she is a very different person. I could do no right. I would ask her if she wanted to go to a game and she would tell me there was none. She was the expert and I simply was ignorant (despite the fact that I could read and had the game time and ticket prices!) She complained that the trash smelled. So I thought I would be nice and take it out. She got upset at me because that was her roommates
