What are good foods to help you stay awake, like, IMMEDIATLY?!


Question: Oi, there, little mourners! As Im typing this, its about 5 till 10 AM and I have yet to go to bed. In fact, I wanna stay up for at least 48 hours. According to recent research, sleep depravity increases creativity because of the drug-like hallucinagetic (I bet I murdered that spelling) feeling the mind gets. Granted, too much sleeplessness can kill, but whatever. I dont wanna take drugs for the mind-expansion for obvious reasons, and, according to the same study, your body goes back to normal after a good nights rest proceeding the sleeplessness.

Anywhoo, aside from sugar and caffeine (which are basically just placebos), what types of foods and nutrients and activities will help me stay awake for a prolonged period of time?

I like peanut butter on an apple. Peanut butter gives you protein and the apple is full of fiber which gives your body something to digest and keeps it working.

watch out for the dragon.

5 hr water... buy a whole case of it!!!

You are messing with nature and your health.
Staying awake over 36 hrs (or even 24) is detrimental to health, mental acuity, and your emotional stability.

Believe me, I have worked overseas and been in charge of oil fields, have worked my share of 36 hr shifts.
People who are sleep deprived are angry, cranky, emotionally unstable, and their personality changes.

You are already either hallucinating or imagination is running wild. This is dangerous to your health and well being.

You made a Freudian slip when you wrote: "sleep depravity " because you meant "deprivation".
Depravity means insane behavior.

Go and get some rest.

Where did you read that? I need the source some people might be making fool of you. Anyways if you want to stay awake you should eat heavy foods, drinking lots of water. Playing video games...
