I cant sleep what can help me get to sleep?!

well, you could try takin a walk or something before bed to hellp you unwind (but that's scary somtimes :O) or you could take a warm bath with soothing scents.
just do something that works for you.

If you are not allergic to antihistamine. A couple of benadryl puts me right out.

I suggest taking a fast hot shower. The warm water will increase your body temperature, but when you get out, it will be cold and decrease it. This is a signal for your body to go to sleep. This is one main reason why many people shower before they sleep.

The trick is to relax, do not care if you fall asleep. This way you avoid being more anxious. Turn on the TV or read a book. Eventually, you will fall asleep. What I have learned is if you don't sleep no big deal, you will sleep well the next night.
