chances are most of the other people you were with were drinking too much too and they probly don't remember anything either. forget about it, and go watch a funny movie and you'll feel better soon.

A therapist once told me to try skipping. Try skipping and being sad at the same time. Bet you can be unhappy and skip. Try it.

I feel the exact same way, I know I was being really dumb I was so ******* tanked, and high I was smoking all night, I just rember people getting mad at me, my friend said I was acting stupid and was laughing at me, but I didnt see him yet so he never told me what I did yet. The people I wa with were so bunk, its not my fault I was the drunkest, But yah it still bothers me

Every one goes to a party to have fun.
That being said ,Every one was probably to drunk to remember anything to.So forget about it and go on with your life.

cheer up you cannot change what has already happened , just become responsible for what happens in the future

I know the stock answer is 'think of somebody worse off than yourself' and 'think how lucky you are' doesn't help does it. It only makes you feel worse because you then feel guilty.
my problem is that my dear wife of 61 years died three years ago, I loved her so much. She was a little hero, I did all that I could for her, but she didn't want much. During her last days, as she was slipping away from me I pleaded with her, I'll give you anything you want, dear, please tell me. and she managed to whisper 'I only want you'.
So now I face another year without her. No! you can't cheer me up but I hope I have cheered you up.
