How do i avoid alcoholism?!


Question: i'm bi-polar, have PTSD and am depressed out the ***....i'm on medication and i know that i shouldn't drink but i can't find anything else to relieve my stress, pain, depression, anger...i'm just so tired and it feels like my only way out...i'm not bi*ching i'm just so tired of everything...suicide has crossed my mind on several occasions and all i can do is drown it with liquor...i've discovered that i can't talk to people...the ones i love the most...i just can't put whati feel into words...i'm just so tired of living in hell in my mind...i have to talk to someone...but can't figure out how.

Try going voluntarily to an AA meeting that is local. There are people there that have the same anxieties you do and you will feel a lot better. They will also have ideas on things you can do instead of drink and have fun too! Heck you'll probably meet a friend or two!!

You sound stuck. It's time for a change!
Here are some good ideas:
1. Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, biking, and swimming.
2. Eat Whole, Organic foods like: Broccoli, Cabbage, Organic Brown Rice, Beans, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Apples, and other fruits and vegetables in their Natural State.
3. Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, white potatoes, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you shouldn
