What is yeast infaction?!

Question:

What is yeast infaction?

Answers:

I believe yeast infections to be related back to a build up of candida in your system. Candida is always present, but when it takes over I believe it can cause things like yeast infections or warts, excema, things like that. It grows upon the combination of sugar and fats. Because the fat cell coats the sugar cell and then it all becomes sugar and feeds the yeast or candida. Cutting out either all fats or all sugars prevents fungus from growing in your body.
