I would advise taking good care of yourself; you'll need extra nutrition and vitamins to help your body cope with the shock of withdrawal.
A high-quality multivitamin, 1-3 grams of vitamin C per day in divided doses, 3-5 grams of fish oil, and calcium and magnesium will help for a start.
A good diet helps a lot too. Try to cut back on sugar and other simple carbohydrates like bread, pasta and potatoes. Eat lots of vegetables, that's where the vitamins are.
