Herbal help for Allergies? I did some research and?!
Question:
Herbal help for Allergies? I did some research and?
What is the closest herb pill I could take that works like allergy medicine? I wake up sneezing every day and I am constantly blowing my nose. I have read that quercitin works (when mixed with bromelain)? Does this really work? Is there something better than this or is this tried and true? I had my allergies tested and my doctor said everything he tested me for came back negative so I really don't know what it is that I am allergic to. Just constant sneezing and runny nose. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!

I've had no luck with pills, but i'll tell you what has helped me tremendously. I take 3/4 ounce of Apple Cider vinegar and mix it with grape juice (you can use apple juice if you like) and drink it. The ACV smells terrible seeing how it's vinegar, but the actual drink doesn't taste too bad if you mix it right and you actually get use to it. Sounds disgusting but the ACV acts as an antihistamine and also thin's mucous. Since discovering this wonderful concoction, life with my allergies has been better 10 fold, and thats not an exaggeration.
