find a topical cream that's over the counter that contains .2% benzoyl peroxide, this will make your zit dry out. try some clean and clear spot treatment or clean and clear topical (comes in a white tube) also, if its really bad you can go to a dermatologist and they might recommend a sulfur treatment which is also the best for quick results. i also liked to use benz -a-clin when i was younger but its not OTC. good luck
