You must realize that none of the ingredients in this type of product have not been evaluated in literature for safety or effectiveness. Even more important there is very little regulation regarding supplements. The manufacturer does not have to prove they are safe (the FDA must prove they are not safe to remove them from the market). There is also no guarantee that what is on the label is in the bottle.
That being said, some herbals have pharmacologic properties. That is where many of our drugs come from. Many cultures have used herbs for years.
Personally, I would consider this product not very likely to be effective and potentially dangerous (more is not always better).
