Answers:

Hi freaQURAISYA(:(:(: ,.... interesting....I never knew that seaweed really improve your eyesight.

I know that seaweeds have curative powers for tuberculosis, arthritis, colds and influenza, worm infestations, but that it good for your eyesight, I doubt it.

For to improve eyesight, are acknowledged : blueberries, bilberries, cherries, and pomegranates, they contain powerful antioxidants that can help to prevent macular degeneration, one of the most common causes of blindness in the elderly. Berries and cherries are concentrated with bioflavonoids that can help to strengthen the small blood vessels that supply your eyes and brain tissue with oxygen and nutrients.

Also, lutein is an antioxidant that can help to prevent free radical damage that can contribute to problems with your lenses, retinae, optic nerves, optic tracts and an area in the back of your brain that registers everything that you see. Lutein-rich foods include: kale, collard greens, spinach, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, corn, avocado, and organic egg yolks.
