Brainspeak cd's. Has anyone used them w/ success?

They are brainwave entrainment cd's. Anyone have experience w/ this. Success stories?

Oops! I meant Brainsync. I've used the delta sleep system for a few months now for insomnia w/ good results. I just ordered a couple new ones to help w/ study and relaxation.

True, Tren. I don't know how we would gage it. But if it is any indicator of the usefullness of the product--delta system helps me get through cycles of insomnia.

Anyone else use it for anything other than sleep w/ good results?

I currently using the one for studying. I like the music but what could I use to test the reliability of it.
