I've been to a chiropractor several times and all he does is "adjust" my back and neck and pull on some muscles. It seems to help for a day or two but comes back. I didn't know if it was bad to "pop" your bones that much?

I haven't had any injuries to my shoulder, but my last chiropractor did mention something about "frozen shoulder". I used to work at a wedding pavillion that required a lot of tray lifting, and now i work with children that requires daily lifting and holding. I might try to seek out a "trigger point" therapist. Thanks!

Chiropractic is very new compared to acupuncture. Acupuncture has been around for hundreds of years but people react differently to treatments. Try both and see what you like better.
