I started take liquid chlorophyll to help deodorize my body. how long does it take to start working?

i've also noticed since i've been taking this i get dry mouth. is this normal? i try drinking lots of water but my mouth still feels dry! i'm really trying to avoid eating dairy and meats but it is really hard! after eating only fruits and veggies i still feel hungry. what can i eat to satisfy my appetite while avoiding meat and dairy?
