Are there any natural anti-inflammatory medicines? If so can you name some?!


Question:

Are there any natural anti-inflammatory medicines? If so can you name some?

My doctor believes that I may have carpal tunnel syndrome and have prescribed me some anit-inflamitories. However, I am a strict vegan and only use natural medicnes or remedies. Does anyone know of any natural medicines for inflamation. My doctor did not and suggested I go see a Natrapathic doctor but who has time for that plus they are quite costly. Please Help! Someone!

I'm allergic to Aspirin and Tylenol.

Aspirin comes from willow bark and it is great for inflammation.
