Is treatment in the chiropractic clinic helpful in scoliosis s curve of 44 degree?
thorasic and lumbar curvature both 44 degree, and the girl has not start menstrating, age 13.

Treating in chiropractic clinic would be helpful. But woudnn't be enough on it's own...44 degree pre-menarche should be a pretty aggressive case...and she's already in surgical zone for some surgeons...
My advice would be to at least do some kind of bracing along with the treatment as further progression would definitely land her on a surgical table...she doesn't have much of wiggle room...
Having said that, yeah..chiropractic would help her spine keep her flexibility and so on...but as I stated, probably not enough at this stage to use as the only therapy...
tell her parents to check out a brace called Spinecor..
does correction all on it's own and would be enhanced with chiropractic treatments...
