How can I improve my vision?!

Question:

How can I improve my vision?

I don't need glass, but I have what are called "floaters" that are little black spots that are annoying.

What can I do to improve my vision (such as eating carrots)

Answers:

Although they can be bothersome, eye floaters in your eye are usually not a serious problem and don't require treatment. Most people learn to ignore them.

However, see your ophthalmologist if you notice a sudden onset or increase in floaters, especially if associated with flashing lights or hazy vision.

Try any eyesight supplement formula which contain the following ingredients -

Vitamin C
Citrus bioflavonoids(eriocitrin, hesperidin, flavonols, flavones, flavonoids, naringenin, and quercetin)

Mixed carotenoids(astaxanthin, beta carotene, cryptoxanthin, Lutein, Lycopene, Zeaxanthin)

Bilberry extract (Vaccinium myrtillus) contains anthocyanins which protect the retina.

Eyebright extract (Euphrasia officianales)
Jujube extract (Zizyphus jujube)
Ginkgo biloba (Ginkgo biloba)
Suma extract (Pfaffia paniculata)
Mucuna pruriens extract (Cowhage)
Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum)
Lycium berry extract (Lycium Barbarum) also known as Goji Berry

Sarsaparila (Sarsaparilla Smilax)
Alpha Lipoic Acid is a powerful antioxidant that enhances glucose use in brain and eye cells.
