Question:

Answers:
Not a distilled water, persay. We just had a water purification system installed (whole house) and a reverse osmosis machine installed at the kitchen sink (came with the whole house sytem). We both can tell a big difference, especially in the drinking water. Since we had this put in, I've noticed my hands aren't as chapped since there is a water softener with it. Even in the showers we have noticed a difference.
Years ago when I was sick with Epstein Barr Virus (had it for 5 years) and suffering from one infection after another after another, I finally went to a homeopathic doctor hoping to find help after 4 1/2 years of being so sick I wanted to die. One thing he recommended was drinking only reverse osmosis water because city water has way too many things in it that the body doesn't need. I couldn't find it back then but we have it now and it has a much better taste to it.
You can go to Lowe's and buy the Reverse Osmosis machines and install them in your house yourself. I highly recommend it and so would my husband ~ and our two dogs like the water better, too. They used to drink the other water but weren't at the bowl that often ~ now they drink all the time.
