Currently, I am now taking Vitamin C - 500 mg 'chewable in grape flavor by itself, and now want to take B12 to keep myself energentic during the day, but the dose, I am confused by it, its at 250 mcg, is that less then 5 mg?? It also says helps to produce red blood cells, hmm??? My mind is fried from being sleep deprived from home/ personal plms.
I tried to post this question in another category, and no one answers it? Maybe I wasn't making sense...Do I this time? Can anyone help me out?

5000 micrograms would be equal to 5 milligrams of B12.
1000mcg=1mg.
