How can I expand my mediation visions?
Currently, when I meditate, all I can vision is the “Snuggle” teddy bear flopping around in a dryer.

When you meditate do you - have meditation music playing? Do you burn incense? are you sitting properly in a straight-backed chair, or assuming full lotus position on floor? I ask these questions because to meditate properly you need a "oneness" in the room. External noise,draughts,or other distractions won't help.Thereis a book called "Creative Visualisation" which has various ideas and exercises to help you.Transcendental Meditation also uses a chant such as- sleep-sleep-sleep repeated over and over again. What you might be doing wrong,is trying too hard. Meditation is the thought you get, when your not thinking about it. It takes a long time. But something will be happening even though you might not think so. The important part of meditation is the relaxing part. When you truly relax-your mindwaves alter to Alpha Waves, which are very beneficial to your mind and body. So keep going,it's good for you.
