I have a large ALOE plant and one of the branches broke off- can I save the aloe in a jar or something?

I hate to see it go to waste!

Answers:

Yes you can save the aloe in a jar in the fridge. Use it within a few days tho. You can use it for tanning, for burns, sores, etc. by squeezing the gel out of it. Cut off a section that would suffice to use and squeese it into your hand and apply to wound.
