Probably not.
I don't know if soma is cleared by the kidneys or by the liver, but in either case, drinking water will not speed up the rate of clearance by those organs. The concentration of soma in the stomach might be less initially, but the ultimate uptake will be the same. Neither will "diluting" yourself with water decrease the toxicity. The degree of water required to dilute the serum levels of that drug would also likely lead to coma/death from low sodium levels.
If you're really worried about it, I would go to the ER.
