Mike, if you have high blood pressure, switch to sea salt to start. You'll need to change your diet and that can help dramatically. Read The China Study, by T. Colin Campbell, Ph.D. It explains a lot about how the blood works and he's done extensive research and shares it with the reader in layman's terms. He makes the diet seem not only attainable, but easy as well. My cholesterol levels went from 300 to 145 in just two months! Sea salt is a softer salt, energetically it moves with the oceans tides and therefor is easier on the body. Try using more seasoning instead of salt, like garlic, onions, eat plenty of whole grains. These will help to bring down the blood pressure and also help to clean out cholesterol for you which usually goes hand in hand.
