HELP! i'm testing for the massage therapy nationals!!?
i'm testing on july 9th and am at my wits end trying to study for this thing... i attended school in arkansas where they teach for the ar state board test... not the nationals... they're so much harder and i have no idea what to do...
any advice would be great... what level of detail do i need to go into? (ex.. questions about what a nephron is compared to what the glomerulus is and does)... the practice tests i've been taking are too easy (i think) and i don't have anything to go off of....
if anyone can give me some help i'd be sooooo greatful!!

know insertions and origins as well as general location of the muscles... becareful to not be tripped up bysimple semantics.... know the Ko cycle and a few basic Eastern principle about energy.... breathe easy don't overthink things remember your reason for becoming a therapist remember how great it feels you will do great
