MY BROTHER HAS BEEN THROWING UP ALL MORNING. EVERYTHING HE EATS COMES BACK UP. HE HAS MEDICINE BUT ITS NOT WORKING. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Water is fine but - my doctor suggested 7-up and it worked fine. Don't feed him for 24 hours [ it won't kill him not to eat ] but do keep the fluids in him.
What kind of medicine is he taking you never said. My doctor never gave meds. He said just keep fluids in my system and stay in bed.
If your brother seems like he is getting worst then get him into the hospital [ it may not be food poisoning] it could be something else.
