What are some healthier alternatives to steroids?!
Question: What are some healthier alternatives to steroids?
Answers:
I dont really think there is, if there were you could count on it being illegal.
HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) it sort of raisese testosterone naturally rather than replacing it. Its what guys with low test get put on before resorting to testosterone replacement therapy. Theres a variaty of other uses for it as well.
Exercise doesnt increase test beyond physiological limits so i wouldnt use that as an alternative although i think anyone interested in juicing is usually already doing that anyways.
Dont forget theres metobolites of testosterone as well that dont necessarily increase muscle size but are more androgenic i.e. labido, hair, voice deepening. Its what a majority of test boosters your find on the supplement websites will be selling and this is really no good either.
A good fat intake and sleep will help stop test lowering below baseline levels though.
There are natural techniques you can use to release adrenaline. For example, wrestle a pillow or find a punching bag and imagine it as the person who murdered your family, beat your sister, etc (take it seriously and get MAD). Your mind is the most powerful thing in your body and man has needed to dump large amounts of adrenaline since we began walking. Many will say protein and amino's or whatever the latest snake oil is but the bottom line is steroids, hormones and adrenaline are in a league of their own and so is the human mind.

the only alternative to stupid thinking is healthy thinking.
Just think about the motivations for the actions,
over and over again,
and all will become clear.
For body building?
Increase protein intake and maybe some amino acids.
For any medical reasons?
Nope, there's no alternatives that actually work.
