No it won't kill you, but you would get a massive sunburn. And could get skin cancer later from the damage.

you'll tan and burn mega quickly and if you make a habit of it you'll end up like a girl i know who use to lay out in the sun with olive oil all over her body .... aging prematurely and wrinkled well before her time.... she looks at least 10 years older than what she is.

The real question is, do you wish to bake yourself while alive?

Ask the pig, chicken, turkey.......etc, what they think.
I would imagine they would welcome a quicker death.
but ask them......

Sitting out in the sun in its own right can kill you. Ever heard of heat stroke?
It is a potentially fatal condition.
