Acetaminophen. Usually in Tylenol can help. I read last month in my Men's Health magazine that it can help even with rejection. Like women for an example. It does a lot as I read. But never go the dose of 1,000 mg a day. It will ruin your liver. And also, try MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane). You can buy this at any health food store and its totally natural. Hope this helps.

No pain killer will block pain that comes as you work out. Now, if you took it after, it would help. Plus, no pain killer is good for working out. They make you itch, sweat, nauseaous sometimes, and nod off. (I like opiates, btw, I'm not bashing them). The only thing I can recommend is taking some Motrin for the muscle soreness after your work out. Maybe some Aleve.
Even if one did exist, you wouldn't want it. That pain is there for a reason. It's an indicator that you need to stop, lest you incur more than the desired damage that comes with working out.
Adequte downtime, rest weeks, adequate sleep, proper diet, and rehabilitating injuries.
