Is stevia safe to consume?!
Question: Is stevia safe to consume?
Answers:
Stevia is produced from a South American shrub. It's probably the safest sweetener ever discovered. Splenda and most of the sugar substitutes are chlorinated sugar. Yum. If you have to choose between poisons, sugar is a better choice than the chemically altered substitutes. Aspartame should have been banned the day after it was put on the market. It also causes symptoms similar to MS. It's still being debated whether it actually causes MS. But the good old FDA is still saying "there's no evidence..." yadayada despite tons of evidence. What a bunch.
Raw honey and maple syrup are other sweet options, but not so great in coffee...
Though there have been some discussion on stevia regarding its use as a food additive in many countries, it is nevertheless used as a food supplement and even as a food additive in many other countries.
The controversy stems from unresolved concerns on it being a so-called 'mutagenic'.
However, no adverse effects on the use of stevia have been reported. It is in fact recommended by many quarters as a healthier food sweetening alternative. Stevia leaves are also used for stevia tea.

There is no reason to think that it wouldn't be safe...tell you what though, the bitterness of the coffee brings out the licorice flavor of the stevia, and it tastes just plain peculiar to me. I would highly suggest Xylitol - which is made from corn or birch. Tastes like sugar only sweeter, and wont mess with your blood sugar - it's safe for most diabetics. Most places that sell stevia are certainly gonna have it.
and she said maybe. Then she told me that theres this guy who keeps asking her out and other girls and she doesn't like him. She also told me she hasn't had sex in along time is that a hint she still likes me and is waiting for me?
