Gastroentero viruses, which you are incorrectly calling "stomach flu", run their course fairly quickly. You can do nothing other than take medicine to mitigate the symptoms. If you refuse to use medicine then the only effective treatment you can try is ginger for nausea. Ginger Ale is a good way to get some simply but raw ginger root is the most effective. You only need a gram or so, shredded, to get the maximum effect. It helps for about one or two hours, then you can take more. It works best if combined with anti-nausea medication. No other herb or tea will help you in the slightest bit beyond a placebo effect.
licorice root will help your tummy, ginger root will help your tummy. Take zinc with food always and it will kill any bad bacterias in your belly. Vit C hels immunity, and golden seal keeps any bad antibodies from reproducing. After that, try a yogurt to replenish good bacterias. No dairy, very low fats. Good luck!
I can't help with tea but when I get the flu I drink 7 up or sprite eat crackers and liquids.I lay on my stomach when I sleep it helps I don't know why maybe try lipton tea.
