What is wrong with me?!

Question: What is wrong with me?
I'm really worried! Whenever I eat something, I get sick. It's been happening since yesterday. I got a really bad headache in the back of my head, and couldn't get much sleep even after taking a dose of Aspirin. But now I have a terrible stomachache for no reason. I mean, nothing I've been eating is outdated or anything, and I keep having to use the bathroom. I've been in there like 6 times in 10 minutes. And my stomach keeps gurgling like I'm hungry but I can't even look at food without almost vomiting or getting an even worse upset stomach. Has this ever happened to anyone, and what can I do to fix it? Thanks.

Answers:

You more then likely have the stomach flu. It can come with or without vomiting or a fever. If you keep using the bathroom and know that you have not eaten anything bad then this is probably it. Most last for 24 hours but can last up to 72 hours. Make sure you drink lots of liquids (not including soda or anything else that has caffeine or to much sugars because the dehydrate you more) so that you don't become dehydrated. If you still have it after 72 hours go see a doctor.

Mother of three who just gave it to me. Kids are awesome.

You have the flu or a stomach 'bug'... drink liquid to keep hydrated, if it continues seek some medical attention.

Sounds like the flu. Drink coke to settle your stomach and try to avoid solid food for a few days. If you cant see thru it then dont put it in your body. That will help the tummy to settle and keep you hydrated. If you cant keep fluid down and get dehydrated then go to the ER because the body will die without fluids within a few days. Stay away from milk and milk products, raw fruit and veggies and all meats. Try jello, soda, water, tea, broth, and if you keep that down you can have chicken noodle soup and crackers. If your body makes you throw that up then just stick to whatever you can see thru.
