You get an X-ray of a long bone, and look for them (epiphyseal plates). If they aren't there, you are done growing. Those are at the arrows in this picture

How old are you?
The last bone to completely ossify is the clavicle ( and actually the first to start funnily enough). This will happen in just about everyone by the age 25.By the age 21 epiphesial plates close in just about everyone but in some it can be as early as 16.
Tink is correct though that an XRAY will be able to show for sure.
