Not by much, but yes. Do not forget to take some copper time to time as zinc supplementation does deplete your body of this mineral. And Kel, zinc isn't vitamin body, but mineral.

It won't make it better but it can help protect your eyes from diseases n suchh. Its a good vitamin tho to take.



No, it will not. Taking supplements does not make up for an unhealthy diet. Eat more raw vegetables.
