I cant swallow big pills?!

Swallow them with a big spoonful of pudding. Its works great; you can't even tell the pill is there. Be careful about breaking pills in half because some you can't break them due to they will absorb incorrectly and can actually be dangerous.

First check any info sheets that came with your medicines and see if it tells if the pills can be split or not. Or check out a web site like www.rxlist.com/drugs/alpha_a.htm. Usually these sites will tell you if a pill can be split or not. And usually it will say on the medicine bottle (Do Not Crush "Pill, Tablet, or Capsule.")
You can use a pill splitter (all drug stores carry them) just as they do pill crushers. You can ask the pharmacist if your medication can be crushed or split too. They know if it will be safe or not. Some medicines you can't crush or chew for various reasons. If it says on the bottle or the doctor or pharmacist says don't split or chew or crush then don't.
Peanut butter or large amounts of water or tea or soda can help wash a pill down. Coating it with peanut butter or jelly or olive or vegetable oil will make a big pill slick enough to slide down your throat.You could crush your pill and mix it with a small amount of orange juice or soda if you wanted; even yogurt would work , or in a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Come to think of it you could use fish oil capsules to make a large pill slick; it will just leave a fishy taste in your mouth until you brush your teeth and tongue with toothpaste.

I have had trouble swallowing even the tiniest pills like Quinine which aren't much bigger than this....( O ) so a pill like the length of >>> (___________) would nearly choke me to death. Unfortunately I have had even bigger than that give to me; those I had to crush or make slick so I could swallow them.

These were ideas my old family Doctor gave my parents to help me deal with pill swallowing problems.
These were ideas Doc came up with after I bit him for trying to get me to take a pill by hand. I was about 3 when this happened. I didn't want to bite him; but I didn't want to swallow any amount of pills either.

Put it in some jam or jelly that would slip down easy for you.
