Question: Is it safe for a teenager to use L-Arginine, in order to help bladder problems?
Also, what's the risks and benefits of using L-Arginine 500mg.? And also, is it dangerous to use Arginine and smoke cigs?

Well, Arginine doesn't hurt either of those... but it doesn't really help either. L-Arginine is a simple Amino Acid (one of the building blocks of proteins) that helps with circulation, but circulation doesn't play a direct role in bladder health or problems.
The main risks for L-Arginine would be if you got too much, it can cause loose stools or diarrhea (depending on how much you take... it's best to go up to bowel tolerance and scale back). The main benefits revolve around circulation benefits so it's used for exercise, sexual activity, heart health, and even helping with cold hands/feet.
Smoking is the only dangerous part of using L-Arginine and smoking... L-Arginine doesn't give any more danger than the smoking itself gives (aside from the diarrhea listed above). Good luck and I hope I helped!

Look up cranberry concentrate. Not the juice - it is too weak. Cranberry concentrate has been used for bladder problems.
