Yes, of course you could. If they are prescription medications of the benzodiapine class (or anything hypnotic/sedative) then obviously they are prescribed by a doctor. Just talk to him and let him know and he'll probably either up the dosage or switch you to a different medication.

Also a couple herbal sleep remedies are Melatonin and Valerian root.

Sometimes your body gets used to a product and if you just change to a different product it will work for you. Ask for a different prescription.
