They are fine together.

its no problem to mix the two ,
I got some antibiotics recently and on the bottle it said to eat lots of yogurt , that was a nice surprise
because as you know antibiotics kill good and bad bacteria in the gut so it is important to take a
good probiotic to reestablish the good bacteria in the gut .

and most people do not know that vitamin d 3 fights infections of all sorts in any age ,
and most people are deficient in vitamin d including kids.
and being low in vitamin d makes us much more prone to infections of all sorts according to medical
doctors and researchers , the video link below is from a medical doctor from boston school of medicine and is a phd also , it is a long video but extremely informative and he has a good sense of humor so it is not boring to watch ,
I jut learned this info recently and am still amazed , oh and vitamin d is hormonal btw ,
and is very anti cancer according to medical doctors , the video is about 50 minutes but even if you watch 10 minutes of it you will be amazed at what vitamin d really does , so much more than bone health , here is that link >>>> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cq1t9WqOD…
