I am in the process of stretching my ears just now aswell, cant offer much in the way of actual medicine advice, just thought id try my best as the only other answer you have is clearly written by a complete bellend.
I have been cleaning my ears so far with salty water, and they have been fine. Boil the water 1st, make sure the salt dissolves and then wait for it to cool. When i looked online this was the most commen advice from most websites on the subject. If you want something a bit better i would reccomend a basic anti-septic wash or even wipes.
