Do I have a pinched nerve?!

this morning I woke up with a bit of a headache!. as the day progressed on, I felt excruciating pain in my neck below my ear, and now the whole right side of my head and neck are killing me!. I feel that I may have pinched a nerve, but I'm not sure if these are the symptoms of it!. I tried taking motrin for it and nothing has helped!. Whenever I get up after laying down, the pain feels ten times worse!. Also when I swallow or chew it hurts on the right side of my head!. Anyone know what this might be or what might have caused it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
