Question: Has anyone had a colonic irrigation!?
I am thinking of having a colonic irrigation - has anyone had one and if so is it uncomfortable and how do you feel afterwards!? Is it worth it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Colonic irrigation has never been uncomfortable for me!. Make sure the therapist gives you time to relax, uses plenty of lube and takes their time when inserting the nozzle!. Afterwards, I always feel more energetic and mentally sharper and relaxed!. I highly recommend this procedure for better health and feelings of well being!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
