you can do Valerian root, find it in an herbal store, or just look for alternative methods of pain relieve!. Search for (biophoton clothing) in google and check out products that provide complete pain relief!. Other than that surgery, which personally i don't recommend

Well, there are several natural supplements that help joint health, which may remove the cause of the pain!. The most popular are Microlactin, Tart Cherries, Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM, Hyaluronic Acid, Litozin (Danish Rose Hips), and Bromelain!.
However, if your shoulder is frozen, a supplement probably won't be enough to "thaw" it!. I would suggest talking to a Chiropractor before anything else, as they can work out a solution without necessarily needing surgery (and hopefully it's not damaged enough that you would need surgery)!. Once they have had a chance to correct some of the damage, the supplements will give you much more benefit!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Supplements aren't going to help your frozen shoulder!.
Try a Chiropractor or Physical Therapist and see if they can work with you to break up some of those adhesions!. Take a standard anti-inflammatory while you're going through this treatment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
