Question: Can you take Kalms and Hypericum (St johns wort) at same time!?
I have been having bouts of anxiety etc and i am having bloodtest next week for menopausal profile etc but bought the above to help me while waiting does anyone know if i can take the two togetherWww@Answer-Health@Com
Answers:
Yes you can:
Kalms Active ingredients: Hops powder 45mg, extract of valerian from 135mg, extract of gentian from 90mg!.
St Johns Wort increases serotonin!. Hops induces sleep, valerian contains natural Gaba which is a sedative and Gentian is a relaxant (but more useful as a digestive aid)!.
I caution against using more than one supplement/drug that increases serotonin, because too much is not good, but that is not the case here!. So YES you can take them together!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe try st johns wort one week and kalms another week and see which one works better for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
